order-iconOrder: After you submit a PO with an estimated timeframe for installation, our order processing team cross-checks the order for accuracy. We place the order with the cabinet manufacturer and confirm your installation date. We order locally from Texas to secure the best lead times in the industry. We then monitor the order during the 4 week (or less) fulfillment period to stay on schedule.

handle-iconHandle: Our 5-S Lean Management approach ensures your order is received, packaged, and delivered in the safest, most efficient manner possible. We receive advanced notice of a shipment so that our team is prepared to hit the ground running. Once the order is audited and quality-checked for damages, each box is shrink-wrapped to prevent damages during delivery. Our driving team leaves our warehouse by 4:30am daily to ensure timely delivery and installation. We unload using a detailed 11-step process that includes time-stamped documentation and photography for quality control management. We email you a report with photos to guarantee accountability before leaving your site.

install-iconInstall: By 10am on the same day of delivery, our team of cabinet installation experts arrives to begin work. Following a 48-Step Standard Work Process using FieldAware software, the installation team carefully unpacks, surveys, and implements the cabinet installation. Quality Walk-throughs with the a project manager that include a 22-Step Standard Work inspection is scheduled within 24 hours of the installation. Although discrepancies are rare, we record any missing parts or modification requests and record them in our field management software before sending a field report to the project manager.
